Deputy Chief Minister K.E. Krishnamurthy on Thursday said that Opposition Leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy’s Samara Deeksha was a desperate attempt to prove his existence.
Speaking to reporters here, Mr. Krishnamurthy said YSRC leader was apparently suffering from ‘ostrich syndrome’, believing that the corruption charges against him would go away if he ignored them. “No matter how many protests he may organise, people will not believe him,” he added.
On the 100-point questionnaire released by the YSRC chief at the Samara Deeksha, Mr. Krishnamurthy challenged him to answer just 10 questions he would pose. “Can he explain as to why he joined hands with Botcha Satyanarayana, who had favoured the State division? Does not his opposition to the Pattiseema project stem from his insecurity of losing hold over Rayalaeema?” he asked.
