Devotee donates gold plate to Srisailam temple

A devotee of Kakinada in East Godavari district, J. Balagandhi Raju, along with his family members donated a gold plate weighing 690 grams, costing nearly Rs. 18 lakh, to the Srisailam temple on Monday.

Mr. Raju handed over the gold plate to temple Executive Officer K.V. Sagar Babu on the temple premises.

The Executive Officer said the gold plate would be used during puja in Sri Bhramaramba Devi temple at Srisailam.

‘Seshavastrams’

Mr. Balagandhi Raju and his family members were provided darshan of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy and Sri Bhramaramba Devi, presented ‘seshavastrams’ and ‘prasadam’.
