CPI campaign against price rise today

The Communist Party of India will campaign against the State and Central governments for imposing various burdens on the public on Sunday and Monday. The Party will organise protests across the State on Tuesday.

Party State secretary K. Ramakrishna said that the people of the State were burdened with the rise in taxes, electricity charges and power cuts.

After a video conference of party leaders on the issue, the party decided to launch a campaign and mount pressure on the governments.
