CM invites Modi for capital fete

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday and personally extended invitation for the foundation laying ceremony for capital city slated for October 22. He also invited Chief Justice of India H.L. Dattu, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and senior BJP leader L.K. Advani for the event.

Mr. Naidu discussed with Mr. Jaitley funding of various projects in the State while reminding him of the Centre’s responsibility to honour its commitments. He also had a brief interaction with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at AP Bhavan.
