CM interacts with leaders on farmers’ issues

Efficient water management has ensured higher crop yields during Rabi season despite the deficit rainfall in the State, said Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu here on Saturday.

Mr. Naidu who interacted with people’s representatives who met him at the Camp Office inquired about farmers issues and whether the millers, Indira Kranthi Patham women groups were purchasing food grains from farmers.

PalacoleMLA Ramanaidu informed the Chief Minister that the paddy rate came down while green gram and gingelly were commanding good prices and there were technical issues that should be overcome in paddy purchases.
