‘Cash-for-vote a political drama’

June 10, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:42 am IST - TIRUPATI:

Former Legislator and Senior TDP leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu on Tuesday termed the entire 'cash-for-vote' allegations as a drama enacted by the three political parties - Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), YSR Congress and Congress, saying that it was mainly aimed at targeting Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

Referring to demonstrations staged by the Opposition parties in both AP and Telangana at Tirupati, he linked this to a common agenda of tarnishing the efforts of Mr. Naidu in building the new Andhra Pradesh, with minimum resources.

Mr. Muddukrishnama Naidu also said that Andhra Pradesh has equal rights on Hyderabad as it is the joint capital for ten years.
