Sid Sriram, a Carnatic classical vocalist who is now a popular South Indian playback singer, will render a classical vocal recital in the city on Friday.
A member of the Sri Sadguru Sangeetha Sabha said that Mr. Sriram would be giving a performance as part of the week-long Classical Musical Festival that began on Monday.
Organiser of the festival Popuri Gourinadh said that stalwarts like Mallapragada Srimannaryana Murthy, Santha Gopalan, Malladi Brothers and Yella Venkateswara Rao will also render vocal concerts during the festival, closing on Sunday.
