A book on ‘Swachh Bharat’ (Clean India) in Telugu authored by Akshara Sahithi Samiti president M.V.S. Sastri was released by C.V.N. Reading Room president Vemuri Bujji here on Sunday.
Another one ‘Adbhuta Nilayam Andaman, Nicobar Deevulu’ (Wonderland of Andaman and Nicobar Islands) also in Telugu penned by the same author was released by Prakasam Zilla Rachyuthula Sangam president B. Hanuma Reddy.
Clean India
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sastri urged one and all to work collectively to realise Mahatma Gandhi's dream of Clean India.
He planned to write a series of books to highlight the Gandhian thinking on various issues for the well-being of the society.
