Book on folk songs released

‘Jaanapada Jaavali’, a book on folk songs, written by Korupolu Kalavati, was released by former governor of International Walkers’ Club S.S.S.S.V.R.M. Raju at Kamakshinagar Kalyanamandapam, Ayyannapeta here on Sunday. On the occasion, Mr. Raju said that writers must observe problems in society and suggest solutions to them. While writer Paayala Muralikrishna read out ‘Sankranti kavitalu’, ex-president of Sai Krishna Walkers’ Club A. S. Prakasa Rao presided. Telugu Basha Sangham president R.B. Rama Naidu and others were present.
