Andhra Pradesh: Revenue Department wins four SKOCH awards

The Revenue Department bagged one SKOCH Silver Award and three Order of Merit Awards, at the SKOCH Summit organised on Tuesday.

The department won the silver award for the ‘Mee Bhoom’ initiative. It is a portal pertaining to land records that are updated on real time basis.

The Order of Merit Awards under the e-Governance category was presented for the Crop Cultivators Rights Card (CCRC) initiative. The CCRC makes it easy for the tenants / cultivators of lands to obtain loans. Another award was given for house sites for poor families and the third order for the ‘Bhu Shodhak’, an app that certifies the veracity of the details of the land.

Chief Commissioner of Land Administration G. Sai Prasad received the awards on behalf of the Revenue Department.
