Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah, today, stressed the need for more reforms in the administration to deliver better service to the people.
Speaking after inaugurating the new integrated collectorate complex of Medak District in Sanga Reddy this afternoon, the Chief Minister said though the government has reformed the administration over the years, many practices dating back to the British era were still being followed.
“There was lot of efforts to reform administration but still much more needs to be done. We have to give top most priority to improve the delivery process,” Mr. Rosaiah noted.
Incidentally, it was the Chief Minister’s first programme in recent weeks that went off peacefully without any protests from any quarters.
The complex was built at a cost of Rs 23.70 crore to house 38 government offices under one roof.
