Amar Singh seeks nod for travel to Singapore

The cash-for-vote scam accused Amar Singh has moved a special court seeking permission to travel to Singapore for treatment of his renal ailment.

The court issued notice to the Delhi police to respond to Mr. Singh's plea on November 3, which also sought release of his passport.

After his release on bail by the Delhi High Court, Mr. Singh was discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday.
