Even as the Mumbai police and Mikhail, the brother of Sheena Bora, have claimed that she was the daughter of Indrani Mukherjea, documents originating from Assam mentioning Sheena’s grandparents as parents have been traced.
A birth certificate of Sheena Bora mentions Upendra Kumar Bora as her father and Durga Rani Bora as her mother. The document mentions that Sheena was born on February 11, 1989. The other document is the admit card of the Board of Secondary Education, Guwahati, for the high school leaving examination starting from March 3, 2004. In this document too, Sheena is referred to as the daughter of Upendra Kumar Bora.
The authenticity of both the documents, which are against the statements made by the Mumbai police and Mikhail, has been questioned by Sheena’s grandfather.
