October 09, 2015 01:08 am | Updated December 04, 2021 11:23 pm IST - NEW DELHI:

Opinion polls remain divided on the outcome of the Bihar polls, with two poll results released Thursday seeing the RJD-JD(U) combine as gaining in the State, while one showing the NDA as slightly ahead.

The CNN-IBN/IBN 7-Axis Poll saw the JD (U) alliance winning decisively with 137 seats while the NDA trailing with 95 seats. As per this poll, the grand alliance would get 46 per cent votes while the NDA would get 38 per cent votes.

The India Today-Cicero poll also showed the grand alliance as slightly ahead with 122 seats — just at the majority mark – and the NDA close behind with 111 seats.

The India TV-C Voter poll, however, showed the NDA to be narrowly ahead, though just short of a majority. As per this poll, the NDA will have 119 seats and grand alliance a tally of 116 seats.
