Congress, DMK out to scuttle report: Karat

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Friday accused the Congress and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam of attempting to mess with the report of the Public Accounts Committee on the 2G Spectrum allocation scandal, which was based on an examination of the Comptroller and Auditor-General's report.

“The way in which members of the Congress and the DMK have behaved shows that they wanted to scuttle any report which will go into the conclusions of the CAG report,” CPI(M) general secretary Prakash Karat said here.
