China: No visa for Arunachal officials

China on Thursday made it clear that it would not issue visa to any official from Arunachal Pradesh, which it claims is part of its territory, and will continue to issue stapled visas to non-officials from that State. “There is no change in our visa policy for residents of Arunachal Pradesh,” an official in Chinese Embassy said.
