Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday confirmed that gangster Chhota Rajan will be brought to Mumbai from Bali. Mr. Fadnavis told media persons that security has been beefed up in the wake of the latest developments. Rajan will be kept in the Arthur Road Jail, known for its anda (egg-shaped) cell, reports suggested.

However, the Chief Minister did not confirm if Rajan will be brought via Delhi or straight to Mumbai.

Terrorist Ajmal Kasab was kept in the same cell before he was hanged.
