The Central Bureau of Investigation has bagged 30 President’s Police Medals for Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service, on the occasion of Republic Day.
Among those conferred with the medals for distinguished service are Joint Directors Viplav Kumar Choudhary and Sharad Agarwal; Additional Superintendents of Police Satya Narayan Jat and Thanglian Mang M; and Head Constables Adu Ram and Goutam Chandra Das.
The medals for meritorious service have been given to Deputy Inspector General Gagandeep Gambhir, Superintendent of Police (SP) Pravin Mandloi, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Kaushal Kishore Singh, Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSP) Jagrup Singh, Darvin K.J., Bikash Chandra Chourasia, Javed Akhtar Ali, Kumar Abhishek, Manoj Kumar, Girish Soni, Jagadev Singh Yadav and Mukesh Kumar.
Inspectors Tejvir Singh, Munna Kumar Singh and Ganesh Shanker; Head Constables Jahar Lal Nayek, Echikkamandanath Varghese Paulose, Jagdish Choudhary, Bijoy Barua and Debdutta Mukherjee; Constable Satish Kumar, Office Superintendent Anup Mathews, Stenographer Khokan Bhattacharjee and Senior Public Prosecutor Raj Mohan Chand, have also been recognised for meritorious service.
