At the time of terror, Australians have come together on Twitter to show their support for the Muslim population in the country.

Australians have used the microblogging site to offer ride or public share in order to make sure the Muslims reach home safely.

The hashtag #illridewithyou went viral after the wake of the Martin Place siege.
