France’s president Francois Hollande says the country will not allow threats to weaken its resolve against terrorism.

Francois Hollande spoke on Monday, hours after the Islamic State group released a video showing the extremists who carried out the November 13 attacks training, beheading and shooting captives in territory controlled by the group.

The primarily French-language footage released on Sunday was apparently filmed in IS territory before the attackers slipped back into Europe.
