Two Chinese diplomats killed and another wounded by a Chinese attacker armed with a pistol in a restaurant in the central Philippines, the police said on Wednesday.
The deputy consul-general and a finance officer at the Chinese Consulate in Cebu city were killed by the attacker, who also wounded the consul-general, Police Chief Superintendent, Prudencio Tom Banas said
He said that the Chinese attacker was taken into custody by police.
