United States President Barack Obama has been finally 'allowed' on Twitter.
The verified account, with the handle @POTUS, has a bio that reads "Dad, husband, and 44th President of the United States."
President Obama tweeted saying he had finally been given his own account after six years in office.
Hello, Twitter! It's Barack. Really! Six years in, they're finally giving me my own account.
