Chief of the Army Staff , General Deepak Kapoor, was conferred the honorary rank of General of the Nepal Army by President Ram Baran Yadav, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Army.
The rank was given at a special function here on Thursday, in the presence of Defence Minsiter Bidya Devi Bhandari, Army Chief General Chhatra Man Singh Gurung and others.
