PG medical student found dead

A third year post-graduate medical student of a private medical college and hospital at Ariyur near here was found dead in his rented house on Wednesday.

The name of the student was given as Parivendan, 28 of Thiruchengode in Namakkal district, who was enrolled at Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College.

The police said Parivendan was found lying unconscious in the bed in his house.

He was immediately rushed to the private medical college hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Villianur police have sent the body for a postmortem and registered a case.
