The Centac has also opened help desk in six government colleges, 72 high schools and 59 higher secondary schools to assist applicants in selecting courses and submitting online application. The help desks have been provided with an ICT lab instructor and the school headmaster or principal.

Technical glitch

Although the online submission was scheduled to start at 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday, it was delayed by several hours because of a technical problem. As many as 9,715 seats are available in various streams at the undergraduate level in government colleges in the Union Territory.

The last day of submitting the online application had been fixed by Centac on May 25, said a senior official.
