In pursuance of her case, actor Preity Zinta has submitted four photographs to the Mumbai Police, saying the “injury marks” seen in the pictures were caused by her former boyfriend Ness Wadia, when he allegedly molested and abused her at the Wankhede Stadium on May 30.

On June 12, the actor lodged a complaint with the police against Mr. Wadia accusing him of molestation and intimidation. “Preity’s lawyer has submitted a few photographs of her right arm which show some bruise-like marks. The photographs were reportedly clicked by a friend. She claims that the marks were caused when Ness molested her and grabbed her. We are looking into the authenticity of the photographs,” said a senior police source. The police will record the statement of the friend who clicked the pictures. On Wednesday, Mr. Wadia sent another letter to the police sharing the contact details of six of the nine people he had named as witnesses in his previous letter sent on July 2.
