Mumbai: The upgraded version of the application, m-Indicator, offers some new features. Sachin Teke, CEO, m-Indicator, said, “Earlier, the time table of the MSRTC buses were from the starting point to the destination. But in the new version, the timings of each stop have been added.” He also said the app will provide the details of seats availability for the next 120 days by just entering the start and end stations.
Besides, the updated version has a chat room where passengers on the first stop can enter the vehicle number and mention delays, if any, so that those on the next stop can check the status.
Passengers can also check PNR offline and the app will raise an alarm if there is a change in the status. “Now, you can check positions of berth and coach, and get notifications if the train is cancelled or rescheduled,” said Mr. Teke.
However, the update is available only on Android’s new version 14.0.90.
