A day after the Maharashtra govt issued notification transferring Chhota Rajan cases to CBI, a special MCOCA court on Tuesday adjourned the J. Dey case hearing to November 23, 2015.

Rajan is the alleged to be the main conspirator in the J. Dey murder case. The Mumbai Crime Branch has said they have not yet received a copy of the notification.

The MCOCA expressed concern over the delay and confusion caused by the transfer of the case at the trial stage as the Bombay High Court had directed expeditious trial.
