Four held in Dombivali murder case

Mumbai: Four people were arrested on Thursday in connection with the murder of interior decorator Kishore Chaudhari in Thakurli on Tuesday. Mr. Chaudhari and his business partner Nitin Joshi were shot by a group of men. Mr. Chaudhari, who was shot eight times, died on the spot, while Mr. Joshi is under treatment.

The accused were arrested in various parts of Thane district after two days of efforts. The accused have been identified as Dilip Bhoir, Suraj Bhoir, Shankar Bhoir and Sagar Bhoir, all related to each other. They run an interior designing business in Thakurli and were furious with Mr. Chaudhari and Mr. Joshi for encroaching on their turf.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Sandeep Bhajibhakare, EOW, and Cyber Cell, who is currently holding additional charge of Zone III in Thane, confirmed the arrests.

Two more people have also been taken into custody and their role in the offence is being verified.
