Mumbai’s heritage village, Khotachiwadi, has been at the centre of numerous redevelopment talks and a target of urban schemes. However, the old Portuguese style of the neighbourhood is what maintains its distinctive character. Khotachiwadi Imagineries is a four-day workshop held with the aim of raising awareness about the ongoing destruction of its heritage. Graphic material will be used to document the neighbourhood with an effort to retain its social and physical fabric, while also bringing about change. The guest speakers for the event include architects and designers from Berlin.

Time: 9 am
