Looking for a crash course on finger food? Head off to chef Rakhee Vaswani’s quick tutorial on small bites. Vaswani who has a Le Cordon Bleu Certificate from Tante Marie, London, will teach you the tricks of the trade. On the menu are dishes like water chestnut and corn Shanghai style, spinach and cheese samosets, cracking spinach with fried baby corn and crispy cheese.
