NoPaperForms runs an engine that makes it easy for institutions to accept admission applications online

Careers360, an educational products and services company, has acquired the Mumbai-based, an enrolment management platform, for an undisclosed amount.

Started four years ago, Mumbai Angels-funded NoPaperForms, runs a user-driven enrolment automation engine that makes it easy for academic institutions to accept admission applications online. The startup was recognised in 2011 for its innovative product and business model when it won the first prize at Eureka, Asia’s largest startup competition organised by the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai (IIT-B).

“The NoPaperForms acquisition will help Careers360 augment and strengthen its B2B clientele offering and helping institutes spend smartly on digital media,” said Naveen Goyal, Director & CSO of Careers360.

The company plans to build a strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help institutes spend money judiciously, he added. At present, NoPaperForms manages more than two lakh applications for over 30 clients that include top business schools and universities. “With our market reach coupled with investments in technology and product, we hope to deploy the platform in 500+ colleges within the next two to three years,” he said.

“I see incredible synergies between Careers360’s academic reach with over six million monthly active users and NoPaperForms’ dynamic enrolment platform, which could potentially make online admissions the norm in India before the end of this decade,” Vishal Shah, founder and former CEO of NoPaperForms, said.
