The incident of alleged corruption by a judge at the Kozhikode City Sub-District Arts Festival will be looked into, Education Minister P.K. Abdu Rabb has said.
He was answering a query regarding a report in The Hindu on January 18. The report had stated, with supporting documents, that a judge had awarded 25 marks to some candidates when the maximum stipulated score was 15.
Mr. Rabb said the issue was serious and had to be looked into.
“We have to find out how a candidate could be given 25 marks when the maximum is 15,” Mr. Rabb said.
