Netherlands team visits UL Cyber Park

A high-level team from the Netherlands-based Runbook company visited the UL Cyber Park, managed by the Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) here.

The visit is part of its global research and development expansion focussing on SAP HANA and in-memory software development. Runbook is a world leader in financial software and advanced financial analytics using advanced versions of SAP tools.

Runbook represented by Herman Heller, CEO, Rob Leesberg, CTO, and Joe Kuncharia, vice president (US Operations), and Rajeesh Maninchery, Programme Manager, held discussions with Y. Abhilash Kumar, CEO, UL Cyberpark, and Kishor Kumar, Manager –Administration.

Deliberations were held on the possibilities and advantages of setting up a Runbook Development Centre at a new destination such as Kozhikode, particularly in the state-of-the-art UL Cyber Park.

The Runbook team was impressed with the building and its facilities, Mr. Herman and Mr Rob, opined.

They were also impressed with the city and its greenery. “They were convinced to start a centre at the UL Cyber Park, which would be a great leap in the journey of making Kozhikode as the next IT destination of Kerala,” the UL Cyber Park representatives said.

Deliberations held on possibilities of setting up a Runbook Development Centre.
