IIMK Live launches digital ad delivery technology

Splendre EyeMag Private Limited, a start-up incubated at IIMK Live, has launched a technology for delivery of advertisement campaigns over digital screens and also help companies measure their effectiveness.

IIMK Live is a technology business incubator and entrepreneurship development centre at the Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode. In a release here on Tuesday, Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM Kozhikode, said that the innovative technology developed by Splendre would help corporate firms get back their investment on outdoor advertising through effective strategies.

Splendre Ad Delivery Network integrates digital ads and large display screens to maximise the outcome of the advertisement campaign. Splendre currently manages many screens at premium locations across Bengaluru and is in the process of acquiring large screens in major metros and towns.

Axel Balakrishnan, co-founder and chief executive officer, Splendre, said outdoor advertising had undergone significant changes over the years and various brands could engage with their customers on the go. The digital ad delivery network might enable brands to seamlessly reach customers in the future. It would also measure and analyse the impact of advertisement campaigns, he said.
