District Collector T.V. Subhash has declared holiday on Monday for all educational institutions considering the forecast of heavy rains.
The Collector said holiday was declared for all educational institutions including professional colleges in view of the District Disaster Management Authority’ s declaration of red alert in Kannur on Monday. Special Correspondent
