The National Cadet Corps, Student Police Cadets, National Service Scheme volunteers, Bharat Scouts and Guides in schools will be in charge of the project. The waste will be collected on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. The waste collected at the MCF will be taken over by scrap dealers or the Haritha Karma Sena.

There will be monthly review meetings in connection with the project in which Suchitwa Mission coordinators, Deputy Director of Education, Deputy Director of Panchayat, Regional Director of Urban Affairs, besides officials of the Education Department, school principals, and secretaries of local bodies will take part.
