: The district administration, with the support of the Tribal Development Department, will conduct a six-day special camp in select tribal settlements in the district to ensure 100 per cent enrolment of tribal families in the revised voters’ list.

The enrolment will be made online by the assigned officials after visiting each settlement.

The district administration proposes to ensure total enrolment of tribal voters in the new list by January next.

Political support

It has sought the support of political parties in its endeavour.

Officials said the camps would formally commence in Thiruvambadi grama panchayat on November 15, covering the select tribal hamlets.

“Muthappanpuzha, Odampozhil, Ambedkar colony, Olikkal and Melepoonankazham will be covered in the first day,” they added.
