Applications are invited for admission to pre-primary to X at the Calicut Higher Secondary School for the Handicapped for the academic year 2015-16.
The children from three to five years of age will be admitted to pre-primary and those from five to 10 years to Class I.
Admission
The admission to Classes II to X will be on the basis of availability.
Education, vocational training, accommodation, food and clothing will be provided free of cost to the selected students.
The students could also get other benefits from the government depending upon the annual income of the parents.
Visually impaired
Blind students will get computer training with the help of screen reading soft ware from Class 5 onwards while the deaf students will have speech therapy from pre-primary classes and computer training from primary classes onwards.
