The last date to participate in the The Young Scientist India–2015 talent programme is January 20.

Presented by The Hindu,  along with Space Kidz, the programme aims to recognise talent among school students in the country.

A one-of-its-kind programme, students from classes IX to XII (and also in pre-university 1 and 2 and intermediate first and second years) can participate by creating a project in the following categories: aeronautical, electrical, electronics, robotics and space sciences.

The winner and the winning school’s science teacher or principal will get a chance to visit NASA. The runner-up will win a trip to Malaysia. The contest is powered by Hindustan University. For more details and registration, visit:http://spacekidzindia.-
