The results of the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test(TET) paper 1 were released by the Teachers Recruitment Board on Tuesday. Over 1.62 lakh secondary grade teachers who handle classes 1 to 5 took the first paper in June.
An official from the TRB said that they had uploaded the complete provisional list of candidate roll numbers and their marks on the website to ensure transparency and easy access to the results. Candidates will be given individual scorecards on August 22. A tentative answer key was published by the TRB on July 9 and objections invited from the candidates within 5 days. “All the representations were scrutinised and we have uploaded a final answer key,” the TRB said.
