Team helps quake victims

A team of doctors and medical care professionals from Fortis Healthcare Limited has treated and vaccinated more than 5,000 victims affected by the serial earthquakes that struck Nepal earlier this month. The team reached the interiors of Nepal and carried with them over 3.5 tonnes of medical supplies, essential medicines and daily necessities to provide emergency help to the quake victims. The team from Fortis Healthcare, Chennai comprised K. Tharagaram, head of emergency and P. Suresh, Karthikeyan and P. Jaseel, emergency staff nurses. – Staff Reporter
