SIST student gets ₹41 lakh job offer

A final year B. Tech student, Adarsh, from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (SIST) has received a job offer of ₹41 lakh per annum from the company Diverta. A statement by SIST said that this was the highest offer secured by a student of the institute so far.

According to SIST, a deemed-to-be university, 70 % of the final year students have already been placed this year with 82 companies visiting the campus so far. Another 200 companies were expected to visit in the coming months. The number of offers with a package of ₹ 10 lakh or above has significantly increased compared to last year.

Chancellor of SIST Mariazeena Johnson and President Marie Johnson congratulated students who received job offers.
