With most of the work relating to Rajinikanth’s party organisation and structure completed, the actor will announce the name of the party and unveil the flag soon, said Raju Mahalingam, Rajini Makkal Mandram secretary.
On Sunday, the actor continued his discussions on the state of affairs in Tamil Nadu with members of the youth wing of the association.
While one of the participants said the actor wanted to know how they could strengthen the youth wing, another said he talked about the prevailing unemployment problem and other issues concerning youth.
After the meeting, Mr. Mahalingam said Mr. Rajinikanth met the youth wing secretaries from each district in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. “They were asked about their districts, the developments happening and issues of concern. Mr. Rajinikanth will next meet the members of the women’s wing of the mandram from each district,” he said.
He refuted the rumours that Mr. Rajinikanth was planning to have a public meeting soon.
The actor is awaiting the release of his movie Kaala , directed by Pa. Ranjith on June 7.
