Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan has inducted V. Ponraj, Adviser to former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, to the advisory council of his party. After a meeting with Mr. Ponraj in Hyderabad on Thursday, Mr. Kalyan said that the former would guide him in realising the vision of the late leader in economic growth, inclusive politics and overall development. “I have accepted his request to be on Jana Sena’s Advisory Council. The party has a huge youth base in Andhra Pradesh and I will be working with Mr. Kalyan to promote prosperity in the State,” Mr. Ponraj said.
