Assistant Commissioner of Police C.S. Muthazhagu, who had an alleged controversial conversation with an accused on mobile phone, has been transferred again and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Social Justice and Human Rights, Kanniyakumari. Mr. Muthazhagu was initially transferred to the Central Crime Branch on Monday. Hours after the controversial audio clip went viral, he was put in the Vacancy Reserve list as per the orders from DGP T.K. Rajendran. On Wednesday, he was shifted to Kanniyakumari as DSP Social Justice and Human Rights.
