Come March and it is time to don your stilettos and rally with the best, for The Hindu's annual Women's Day fest ‘Heels of Wheels' is here. The fourth edition of the event promises to be bigger and better. ‘Heels on Wheels' is a fun-filled day to commemorate Women's Day.

This year, ‘Heels on Wheels' will be held on March 4, at Chennai Citi Centre. There are a host of events lined up, including a car rally, a scavenger hunt and a grand finale at the Citi Centre.

The point-to-point car rally involves figuring out a set of clues to solve a problem. Each team, consisting of two to four members, will be given a set of puzzles which they must first solve to reach the next level. The puzzle solved will reveal a task to be done or a question to be answered. Scavenger Hunt is the other event that will take place simultaneously with the car rally. Participants will be asked to collect simple things to accumulate extra points.

The team has to submit the completed questionnaire along with the scavenger hunt objects at the finishing point. The team that completes the race within the stipulated time, while scoring the highest number of points will be declared the winner. The grand finale will be conducted at Citi Centre filled with on-the-spot contests and activities. There will be a number of interesting stalls featuring tarot reading, caricature artists and nail art. The event is presented by Jain Housing and powered by Nano 2012, with Zuari Furniture, Hero, Isha Life and Chennai Diamonds being the associate partners. Medall Precision Diagnostics is the health partner while Citi Centre is the venue partner.

For registrations, call 99406 15300 or log on to www.thehindu.com/heelsonwheels. Participants have a chance to win cash prizes worth Rs. 1 lakh and loads of other gifts.
