A 35-year-old man was murdered by his friend after a fight broke out between them while drinking alcohol in Nagalkeni near Chromepet on Friday.
According to the police, Manikandan worked as a driver and resided in Adam Nagar. On Friday afternoon around 1 p.m., he and his friend were drinking alcohol, when a fight broke out. His friend stabbed him with a knife and fled the spot. Manikandan died on the way to the hospital. The police are searching for the accused.
