Pandiyan (37) of Nandivaram-Guduvancheri was killed in a road accident involving a motorcycle and mini-van on Nellikuppam Road on Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, the mishap took place around 2 p.m. when Pandiyan was proceeding towards Nellikuppam on his motorcycle. He was severely injured after his motorcycle was involved in a collision with a mini-van coming in the opposite direction and died on the spot. The Guduvancheri police have registered a case and are investigating.
