Unidentified persons trespassed into a Tasmac outlet in Ponneri by a drilling a hole on the rear side wall and decamped with liquor bottles worth ₹20,000.
The Tasmac outlet is located on the Chennai-Kolkata Highway near Sholavaram, the police said. After the staff left the outlet on Monday night, unidentified persons came and drilled a hole on the concrete wall. They took cartons of liquor bottles.
Tasmac outlet superviser Ramesh lodged a complaint with the police. Further investigation is on.
